Choking hold from behind where UKE's other hand fixates TORI's hand.

UKE overstretches TORI's back. TORI lowers and brings back his center, and also brings the gripped hand to the front. TORI frees himself/herself from the hold by turning sideways and diving under the gripped arm.

Caution: choke holds are very dangerous - it only takes a few seconds before the attacked person passes out. Be aware that there are choke holds that cannot be escaped using aikido techniques.
