Two keikos with Jorma Lyly
(26 & 27 August 2024)
Jorma Lyly, who started aikido in 1986, draws his influences from his teachers Endo sensei, Christian Tissier and Franck Noël. Additionally he practises daitō-ryū aiki-jūjutsu, a martial art that has strongly influenced the development of aikido.
Characteristic for Jorma‘s aikido are reduced movements which nevertheless establish a deep connection with the partner and require a sensitive and alert ukemi.
Jorma is 6th dan Aikikai and teaches Vanadis Aikidoklubb, Stockholm. He was promoted to shihan in 2024 ("teacher of teachers"). More information at vanadis-aikido.se

Bad Homburg and Oberursel are neighbouring cities, located in the north-west of Frankfurt am Main (from there it is ca. 20 mins by train or car). The two dojos are approx. 6 km/4 miles apart (directions on Google Maps).

Participation is possible
from age 14.
Please donate towards travel expenses as much as you can afford; we suggest somewhere in the range between 10–25 EUR per class (5-10 EUR for participants with limited resources).
Aikido Oberursel is a department of TV 1889 Weisskirchen/Ts. e.V. sports club.
