- UKEMI, part 1: rolling forward from kneeling position
- Application using the technique KOKYU-HO (throw from kneeling position) where both wrists are grabbed
- UKEMI, part 2: rolling forward from a standing position
- Application using the technique UDEKIME-NAGE (throw using an elbow lever) on a KATATE-DORI attack (grab your partner's wrist) from the position AI-HANMI (both partners with the same foot in front)
- Technique IKKYO (arm-stretching lever) to the same attack
