Breathing power exercise and throw, usually from suwari-waza responding to the ryote-dori attack. The goal is to redirect and throw uke.
The tachi-waza technique sokumen-irimi-nage (or kokyu-nage-naname) is sometimes also referred to as kokyu-ho.
