Uke grabs one of tori's shoulders, usually the fabric of the jacket at the front of the shoulder.

Combined attack by grabbing the shoulder with one hand and striking to the face with the other hand

Attack by a number of ukes at the same time. Very often, the attack is ryokata-dori, and the most common technique is kokyu-nage.
