- UKEMI: MAE and USHIRO combined (arm in front and to the side)
- MAE-UKEMI with outstretched arms (no propping up)*
- Breakfall from KOTEGAESHI grip*
- Throws from AI-HANMI KATATE-DORI:
- KOTEGAESHI
- IRIMI-NAGE
- SHIHO-NAGE in OMOTE and URA
- Grading procedure and expectations (no breakfalls!)
